Wet bags are an absolute must-have in your cloth nappy essentials kit. Wet bags are used to store your dirty cloth diapers, clean diapers, and even your gym clothes or any other wet items when you’re out and about. They are completely waterproof and contain two zipped compartments for quick and convenient storing. The two zipped compartments allow you to easily separate wet and dry items. Wet bags are made from waterproof polyurethane fabric. Cloth pocket nappies are a great alternative to the disposable diaper. The outside layer of material is made from high-quality polyurethane laminate fabric (PUL), which is waterproof. The inside layer of material is made from suede cloth which is a brushed polyester and is super soft and fluffy to the touch. Suede cloth has a stay dry quality after moisture has passed through it which keeps your baby’s bum feeling dry and happy. A pocket cloth nappy must be paired with inserts. Inserts are the part of the cloth nappy that allows it to be absorbent. Inserts are made from hemp or bamboo. We recommend using one bamboo insert and one hemp insert per nappy change.

Wash & Care Instructions

• Step 1 – Rinse cycle in your machine or hand rinse (it is important to put your wet bags and nappies through a spin cycle to get rid of all urine water after rinsing)
• Step 2 – Wash on long cycle (fuzzy/cotton) with the quantity of detergent recommended for a heavily soiled wash
• Step 3 – Post-wash rinse and spin
• Do not hang wet bags in direct sun as this can cause damage to the PUL fabric over time.
• Do not tumble dry bags
